I’m pleased to tell you about N-Hance Wood Renewal. They were referred to us by our Insurance Company for water damages. The water damage was extensive, especially to the hardwood floors. The floors were so badly damaged, the floor boards had separated and the finish was almost non existent. To our surprise, the N-Hance crew and their amazing products were able to repair our floors back to the original condition.

In 1992, our family moved into a newer home. Although the house was only two years old, the hardwood floors were in bad shape. The floors had noticeable cracks between most of the boards and two of the cracks ran the length of the floor. We immediately called N-Hance thinking the floors needed to be totally sanded and refinished. The N-Hance crew evaluated our floors and assured us they could repair them in only one day.

We were a little skeptical because of the condition of the hardwood floors, especially the two large cracks. Because of the significant price difference and the N-Hance crew’s high standards for quality, we decided to try their new approach.

They arrived on a day I volunteered in my daughter’s class at school. I left early that morning and returned home at 3:30 p.m. The floor was absolutely amazing. All the cracks were gone, even the two extremely large ones. The finish was beautiful and the pastel color was back. The best part of this whole experience was no dust.

Over time, we have kept our floors looking new with N-Hance’s maintenance program. The program includes kitchen cabinets, baseboards, interior doors and wood around the sinks and dishwashers. The N-Hance crew was even able to repair our laundry room door our dog had chewed up. The repair work was once again amazing, the door looked brand new.

After seeing our hardwood floors and the excellent job N-Hance had done, eight of our neighbors had their floors refinished by N-Hance. They all had the same experience – a brand new looking floor.
